Postage Policy
Where multiple units have been purchased I will always combine postage to reduce costs.
All units are sent either via Royal Mail recorded or Special delivery.
If any order is lost in transit I will assume full responsibility and refund the full cost of the purchase.
All Items are packaged in bubble wrap and are normally dispatched within 24 hours.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your puchase, send the item back within 5 working days of receipt via a signed for postal service un-damaged and in the original packing and I will refund the cost of the item less the postal cost.
Any items lost in the post when returning them to me will be at your cost so I recommend that you insure them.
Payment instructions
UK Only
Preferred payment method Paypal. If paying by cheque, items will not be dispatch until cheque has cleared. Payment should be made withing 5 days of item purchase. Please make cheques payable to R L Redworth.
Europe, USA and Canada
I only accept payment via Paypal. Payment along with a confirmed delivery address must be made within 5 days of purchase.
